How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Do I need an account to place an order?

It is not necessary to have an account to purchase the products. Having an account is useful when a customer wants to make more than one order and in case he wants to track the shipment directly from the site.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order directly from the site with your personal account or with any app/site dedicated to tracking a shipment through the code that will be sent by email when the shipment will start.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It depends on the product: even if very similar, each product has its timing visible from the product page itself. In any case, the customer will be informed about the timing by email or tracking the shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel a confirmed order, since it is processed automatically. However, it is possible to proceed with the return once the package has been received.
